Mirwaiz released from house arrest

Srinagar, Nov 22 [KNZ]: Authorities lifted the restrictions on the movement of the Chairman of Hurriyat Conference (M) Mirwaiz Umer Farooq on Wednesday .
Security forces were withdrawn from the Nigeen residence of Mirwaiz today, sources said.
Mirwaiz is scheduled to address the religious gathering at Naqashband Sahib at Khawaja Bazar today after zuhar (afternoon) prayers.
