Kulgam, February 24: The army man injured in the Kulgam gunfight has succumbed to injuries and his death has taken death toll to four including two militants and a DySP of J&K police.
“The army jawan has succumbed to injuries at hospital,” sources confimed to KNO.
Earlier two identified militants were killed in the gunbattle.
A DySP ranking officer of Police was also killed after he was hit with a bullet in head.
The gunfight erupted in Turigam village of Kulgam Sunday afternoon as forces had launched operation in area following information about militants hiding there.(KNO)
