Srinagar, May 29 : Jaish-e-Mohammad (JeM) on Tuesday claimed responsibility for Pulwama and Shopian attacks, claiming that eight Indian armed forces were killed in the IED blast alone.

JeM also paid tributes to its men for their activities in twin districts of south Kashmir.

He also accused forces of killing a civilian Bilal Ganie. “We condemn it in the strongest words,” he said and expressed condolence and solidarity with the bereaved family. Police had said that one soldier and civilian were killed after militants attacked a camp of Rashtriya Rifles at Kakapora area while three soldiers were injured in an IED blast in Shopian.
