GanderbalApril 22:Ganderbal: To encourage party workers at the grass root level, Senior NC Leader and MLA Ganderbal Sheikh Ishfaq Jabbar addressed the party workers meet here today at Kachan Ganderbal in presence of senior workers, District office bearers and Block Shairpathri office bearers.
Addressing the gathering of workers of Block Shairpathri, Ishfaq Jabbar exhorted the workers to reach out to the general public in their respective areas, have personal rapport with every voter and redress people’s grievances in a transparent way and devote yourselves exclusively for party work .
Addressing the party workers of Block Shairpathri Ishfaq Jabbar said that NC is only alternate which can provide good governance as NC is committed to secularism and integrity of the country.
Ishfaq condemned the brutal rape and murder of a minor girl in Kathua and demanded capital punishment to those who have shamed the entire humanity. Our party president has already asked for bringing in the law to ensure capital punishment to child rapists in the state assembly.
Ishfaq Jabbar further asked the workers to get suggestions from common people and provide the information to the top leadership and stressed them to participate in every party programmes, meetings and also hold meetings with different section of the society.” It is our responsibility to stand in solidarity with our people and help them in facing the challenges”, Ishfaq added.
To listen to the demands and issues of the people of village Khun Tulbagh and other adjoining areas of his constituency, Member legislative Assembly Ganderbal Sheikh Ishfaq today held a public grievance redressal camp at Khun.
During the camp, MLA Ganderbal was apprised of various issues and problems by locals which include augmentation of Drinking water, Adequate power supply, good connectivity, better healthcare facilities etc.
Speaking on the occasion, MLA Ganderbal assured them that their issues would be redressed effectively in a time bound manner.
