Srinagar, November 20: Gun fight started between militants and Goverment forces this afternoon in Chopan Mohallah, seer area of Tral in South Kashmir’s Pulwama district.
Acting on a specific information 42RR, SOG Tral and CRPF Cordoned off the Chopan Mohalla area of Tral. While Goverment forces intensified searches towards suspected spot militants hiding in the area fired upon Goverment forces triggering an encounter.
Till this report was filed no exchange of fire was heard from both sides. Goverment forces have tightened the cordoned in the said area
