Srinagar 11 Dec :It is pertinent to mention here that Basant Rath become a popular face across kashmir because of his strict strategies to deal with traffic issues across valley.He has a huge fan following across Kashmir particularly youth.
Basant Rath visited womens college srinagar and Distributed Books Among many students he said that he was planing to distribute books in many other colleges but because of short time he was not able to do so, while he promised students that he will pay visit in college soon. he told students not to take any picture as people take it as publicity stunt.
Basant Rath on request of students gave autographs to them and suggested them to read books.He distributed many books among different students belonging to different streams.KNZ
