Srinagar, August 14: Chaotic scenes were witnessed in city centre Lal Chowk after some non-local youth belonging to right wing were allegedly banged upon by people after they tried to hoist tricolor at historic Ghanta Ghar here.

Police have detained the youth at Kothibagh police station.
