Bandipora 06 Oct【KNZ】:Minister for Education, Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari on Thrusday chaired a meeting to review the education scenario of Bandipora Constituency in Presence of Concerned MLA Usman Majid.

MLA Bandipora usman majid informed the meeting about the various issues of his constituency with regards to the educational infrastructure and asked for inclusion of more subjects in GDC bandipora.

Bukhari asked him to send a formal proposal for all the needs and promised him that the inclusion of more subjects at an earliest.

Regarding Fencing of College, Minister Directs DC bandipora and other officials to Estimate and submit report in a least time.

Bukhari announced 1 Crore for the ongoing work of auditorium and additional class class rooms of GDC Bandipora, he also announced Smart classroom for GDC Bandipora, added that BBA course will be taught in the bandipora college.

About the Lack of Drinking Water supply, Minister asked Officials to send detailed project report in a short Spain of time.

Later on MLA bandipora announced ambulance for GDC Bandipora, said I will release Funds for it from my CDF.

On the occasion, Minister announced 54 Lac for the schools which were stucked due to lack of funds.

He directed officials to submit a report in a week, about functioning of centrally-sponsored schemes SSA and RMSA, strength of schools which are without boundary walls, toilets, water supply, the
infrastructure.

The meeting was attended by Principal Secretary Higher Education, Dr Asgar Hassan Samoon, Secretary School Education, Farooq Ahmad Shah, DC Bandipora Sajad Hussain Ganie, Director School Education (Kashmir), Dr G.N Itoo, Director RMSA, Tufail Mattoo, Director SSA, Abdul Rashid War Director Colleges J&K, G.M Tibet Bakal, CEO Bandipora, Principal GDC Bandipora and other concerned officials.
