Ganderbal, Jan 21, 2018:Deputy Commissioner Ganderbal, Dr. Piyush Singla has withdrawn all the sanctions/permissions issued so far for soil extraction/excavation/transportation activity with immediate effect from all parts of the district following the misuse of the sanctions.
The DDC asked the all the concerned to approach his office with original copy of permission for its revalidation within 5 days of the issuance of this order, failing which no permission will be revalidated and shall be deemed to be cancelled after the expiry of 5 days.
The deputy commissioner has further ordered the police authorities to stop any kind of unauthorized soil extraction/excavation/ transportation activity in the district during these 5 days.
