Srinagar, The Jammu princess team were the finalists of the CM’s T-20 tournament held in Parade ground Jammu on Monday afternoon.

The finals were played between the team Jammu Princess and Kashmir Queens at Prade Ground Jammu.

The spokesman said It was an idea presented by Director General/Commandant General, Home Guards/Civil Defence & SDRF, J&K, Shri Dilbag Singh to bring women teams from across the county and organize the T-20 Cricket event in the state as our Chief Minister is also a woman. This was a good initiative, DGP said while answering the media persons regarding organizing the CM’s T-20 Premier for women.

Ranjeet Kalra VC Sports council Jammu, while talking to Kashmir Life over a phone said matches were played between the players from Nepal, Bangladesh and all over India in IPL pattern. The tournament was organised by sports council Jammu in collaboration with Jammu and Kashmir Police.

Minister for forest environment and ecology Lal Sing Chaudhary along with police officials Jammu division were also present on the occasion.
