Police in Baramulla under the aegis of Civic Action Programme facilitated a Bharat Darshan tour for the students of District Baramulla. The tour is an initiative to support youth related activities and provide them with an opportunity to travel to the other parts of country and acquire knowledge about the historical places located in the country.
The tour was flagged off today by DC Baramulla and SSP Baramulla. Civil society members and other senior officers were also present at the event. SSP Baramulla Shri Abdul Qayoom-JKPS while interacting with the students wished them a happy journey and advised them to make full use of this opportunity in order to enrich their knowledge. SSP Baramulla said that police is committed to the welfare of youth & students and more such events will be sponsored by police in coming days.
