SRINAGAR 11 August 2017:A condolence meeting of Associated Press Of India (API) was held today at Gojwara Srinagar to mourn the sad demise of Ajaz Ahmad Dar Brother of Senior Journalist North Kashmir Broadcaster of Associated Press of Indian Ishfaq Ahmad Dar whos brother breathed his last today at his residence in Chandil Tangmarg area of Baramullah after he died in a tragic accident .

In the meeting, Chief Editor API Basharat Nazir Zargar said he was noble soul and great human being.

“His demise is a big loss to his area as a noble soul of community.

He expressed his heartfelt condolence to the bereaved family.

Expressing deep grief over the death, Newly Elected President Media Association Tangmarg /Pattan Mr Rahi Nissar and other members of association conveyed their heartfelt sympathies and condolences to the bereaved family and prayed for eternal peace to the departed soul.

Calling the death as irreparable loss, Journalist Nisar said the Tangmarg area lost a gem of a person in the demise of Ajaz Ahmad he was very Helpful and Kind.

He was a sincere, dedicated and hardworking person and above all a great human being.

His death is a great loss to his area and his village in particular who were under his guidance.

He will be remembered and missed by all of us.

The Kashmir News Zone, recalled the valuable contribution of Ishfaq Ahmad to the development of journalism and prayed for his brother ,eternal peace to the departed soul.
