Srinagar, Oct 21[KNZ]: An army porter was killed after Pakistani forces allegedly resorted unprovoked firing along LoC in Uri’ sector of north Kashmir’s Baramulla district.
“One porter Mohd Abbas, (22), resident of Kamalkot (Baramulla) employed with Army in Uri Sector lost his life in an unprovoked firing at around 1130 hrs today by Pakistan”, an army spokesman in a statement issued here said.
He said that the soldiers manning the fence strongly retaliated the shelling. (GNS).
