GANDERBAL DEC 28【KNZ】: Ganderbal police recovered an abducted girl and arrested the accused involved in the crime.
Ganderbal Police Station received a complaint from one person namely Noor Mohd Najar resident of Warpora Alasteng that his daughter (name withheld) was kidnapped by one person namely Manzoor Ahmad Khan son of Chandi Khan also resident of Alesteng Nagbal
On this information Ganderbal police lodged a report and constituted a team headed by DO Police Post Nagbal SI Sajad Ahmad and investigation was set into motion.
During investigation police recovered the girl and arrested the accused . After completion of legal formalities the girl was handed over to her family members.
A case FIR number 264/2017 under section 366/ RPC was registered in Police Station Ganderbal and investigation was taken up.
