Suspected militants on Saturday evening released the abducted cop in Tral area of south Kashmir’s Pulwama district.
Identified as Mudasir Ahmad Lone S/O Fayaz Ahmad Lone of Chaan Kitar Tral, cop working as special police officer (SPO) was abducted by militants last night.
Following his abduction, his pic went viral on social networking sites, due to which massive manhunt was launched by security forces to trace him.
Before his release, the family had released a video clip, where they appealed militants to release abducted SPO for God’s sake.
The militants later on released a video and sent him back to home.
