The trio viz Ikhlas Ahmad Ganaie, Waseem Ahmad Ganaie, Iqbal Ahmad Ganaie had gone missing on 10th of August from Dangerpora Kalaroos. However the missing report was lodged in police station on 12th august 2018.
Amidst rabid speculation about their joining of militant ranks, there was no clue about their whereabouts since the date of missing, as none of them was carrying any mobile phone.
Police swung into action immediately and tried to get some clue about their probable presence in their relatives and friends places. Eventually various search teams were deputed to different districts in search of the trio.
After sternous and consistent efforts for 6 days, the trio was traced out and held from Charar -e- Sharif area of district Budgam.
This timely and dedicated action on the part of police has brought a sigh of relief to their wailing parents and among general public.
