Srinagar, Jul 02 1st term examination for Classes 5th to 8th is being held across Kashmir Division including Leh and Kargil and State Institute of Education, Kashmir and concerned DIETs have put in place adequate arrangements for the smooth conduct of the examinations.
In this regard Head of SIE Kashmir and Incharge examination affairs of Kashmir Division Mehboob Hussain today deputed various teams to monitor the conduct of examination, discipline, facilities being provided to students in various examination centres of different Districts.
He said that it is very necessary to provide feasible and good atmosphere to the students so that they do not face any difficulty and fear in the forthcoming exams of their career.
To get the details of the teams deputed today for the monitoring of examinations, State Media Centre Education, SIE Kashmir contacted Dr. Nazneen, Incharge Examination Wing, SIE Kashmir who stated that three teams have been deputed for the monitoring of examination.
A team under the supervision of Muhammad Mustafa, Lecturer has been deputed to Ganderbal, another team under the supervision of Dr. Rabia Naseem has been deputed to Pulwama and a team under the supervision of Muhammad Ibrahim has been deputed to Budgam.
During the inspection, the teams took stock of the facilities being provided to the students and smooth conduct of the examination in these centres. Budgam team inspected High School Choon, MS Razwan, HSS Parnewa, and other schools, Ganderbal team inspected BHS Wakura, HS Dab, MS Rabitar, HS Manigam, and other schools whereas Pulwama team visited examination centres at HS Kanabal, HS Khrew, HS Ladoo, HS Tral and other schools in the District.
The teams also took stock of the academic scenario in different schools of the District.
Pertinently, barring Srinagar District, today the term 1st examination of Math paper of Class 5th and Science paper of Class 6th and 7th was held across Kashmir Division including Leh and Kargil.
Head of the SIE Kashmir has said that due to inclement weather conditions the fresh dates for the papers which were postponed earlier will be notified shortly.
